Orange County Engagement Session | Jill + Colin | Red Horse Barn + Huntington Beach Pier
I am so so excited to share this incredibly awesome couple with you! Jill and Colin are absolutely amazing, and not to mention, a blast to be around. Their outgoing personalities really shined throughout the whole session that took place at The Red Horse Barn and Huntington Beach Pier.
Jill and Colin chose to have their session at The Red Horse Barn, not only for its amazing property, but they are tying the knot there too! I thought this was a really fun idea! The property is so gorgeous and unique that the variety of shots that could take place there are endless. They'll also have a really special connection in their photographs from both the wedding day (which just so happens to be taking place on their anniversary) and engagement session :)
As we walked around, we stopped at some amazing spots and had the BEST light. We had times of beautiful diffused sun through the clouds and times of bright sunlight as it broke through clouds. It truly was a gorgeous day, we even got lucky enough to photograph with one of the horses, Pippa!
Just right down the road is the Huntington Beach Pier, we hung out at the beach for just a little while longer to chase even more of the gorgeous light we had!
Jill and Colin, you guys totally rocked it and I cannot wait until your wedding day! Congratulations you two lovebirds!
I absolutely LOVE this venue! It's great for rustic, outdoor wedding. Not to mention, it's so photogenic . . . just like Jill and Colin. . .
The evening was filled with quiet moments . . .
And of course some fun and playful ones too!
Next time they see this gazebo, they'll start their journey as husband and wife.
These two are just the cutest!
The property is filled with really neat fences and trees, which makes for some great backdrops!
Jill, you are going to make such a beautiful bride!
This is Pippa, one of the horses that lives at The Red Horse Barn!
That moment when you have such a perfect couple AND perfect light, ah swoon!
ANNND that's a wrap!
